Terms of Service

Zanbase is a workspace application that lets you create documents, tables, tasks, and projects. We provide the software, infrastructure, and sync service. You provide the content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. For paid plans, we will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes or offer a pro-rated refund.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use meow. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@meow.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

One account per person

Each account is for a single individual. Sharing login credentials is not permitted. Teams should use workspace invites to collaborate.

Ownership

You own everything you create in meow. We make no claim to your documents, tables, tasks, or any other content.

License to operate

By storing content in meow, you grant us a limited license to host, sync, and display that content solely to provide the service to you and your invited collaborators. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

Prohibited content

You may not use Zanbase to store or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate this rule.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access systems you are not authorized to use
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Probe or test the security of our infrastructure without written authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload our systems
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without an enterprise agreement

Free plan

The free plan is available indefinitely with no credit card required. We may change the limits of the free plan with 30 days' notice.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer partial refunds except where required by law.

Taxes

Prices shown do not include applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zanbase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

By you

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data is soft-deleted for 30 days and then permanently removed.

By us

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. For non-severe violations we will attempt to notify you before taking action.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
